Default What happens when the licenses expire?

Hello
I am new in a company that uses Zimbra.
The technician who made the deployment has left the company.
The decision makers are telling me to inform them what will happen if the licenses expire.
Will it be possible to send and receive e-mails?
Will it be possible to create new accounts and mailboxes?
What other impacts will be besides loosing support entitlements from Zimbra?
Thank you for you answer

Welcome to the forums

That would depend on which version of Zimbra you are running. If you had CLI access would you please run
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

You will not be able to create any more accounts on your Zimbra server (even if the licence was for a greater number than you currently have on the server), all the NE features will stop working (approx 30 days after the licence expires) and you will either need to renew the licence or 'upgrade' to the Open Source version. There's a thread in the forums, if you search, that describes what will happen after expiry but it's basically the same as the details I've mentioned above.
