config mail MTA

Hi all
I setup Zimbra open source 6.0.1 on Rehhat 5.4.
I have 2 server : 1 for mail server and 1 for MTA server. I finish setup but now,how to I must config so outgoing & ingoing mail via MTA server check spam, AV ...ok >>> mail box .

Have you read the Multi-Server Installation Guide?

I installed follow user guide & multi-server installation guide and successful. Now, need to configure anything again on MTA server or set defaule ? and on mail server too ?
