Default mysqld is at 99%

Hello all i have been running version 6.0.0.1 now for about a month everything was going ok until yesterday. For some reason each time i try to access my mail though the web i get an error about the server taking to long to respond.

Quick check of top is telling me that mysqld owned by zimbra is at 99% it goes away for a bit, but as soon i check my email again i shoot back up to 99% and stays there for way to long making the web interface unresponsive.

I do not seem to see anything that corresponds in the zimbra.log or the mysql_error.log but have posted a tail of the latter anyhow

Code:
su - zimbra
/opt/zimbra/mysql/bin/mysqlcheck --defaults-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf --socket=/opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock --check --all-databases

Better generate charts for analysis.
zmstat-chart -s /opt/zimbra/zmstat/<date dir> -d < dest dir>

You might also want to look into stack traces generated.
