Exporting graphs or monitoring them elsewhere

First, let me share what I want to do. I have MRTG monitoring the majority of my network for statistical purposes. What I'd like to do is get some graphs from Zimbra over to MRTG, whether it be exporting it from Zimbra and importing it to MRTG or have MRTG monitoring it with SNMP. I'm particularly looking for the graphs that show message counts and the graphs that show SPAM and viruses. Is there a way to do that?
