Default mails not really sent via Outlook-Connector

Hi all,

there seems to be a problem of some mails not actually being sent to external addresses while they appear in both Outlook and the webmail as sent.

Mac OS 10.4, Zimbra 6.01 Network Edition, Outlook 2007, Outlook-Connector 6.01

Mails sent via the connector appear in the sent folder in both Outlook and webmail thus the user believes the mails have been sent. But there isn't any corresponding entry in /var/log/mail.log and the adressee didn't receive it.

Anyone experienced similar problems?
Is it possible that the problem is caused by the outlook connector?

Is there additional log files available (more logging to activate) other than the ones that are being written by default?

And in which log should I look for mails that are delivered to the Zimbra software but never reach the postfix part?
