Default backup goes into tmp instead of sessions

Hi
scenario: Centos4 NE 5.0.18
i enable backup with following command:
$ zmschedulebackup -D

to get default scheme, during night full backup is done, next day i find it into
$ ~/backup/tmp
directory instead; next day, another full backup, still into tmp and nothing into
sessions dir. Repeat (next full backup into tmp) until disk full.
These are the access right to dirs:

Code:
[ ~/backup ]$ ls -la
total 32
drwxr-xr-x   4 zimbra zimbra 4096 Sep  3 00:00 .
drwxr-xr-x  72 root   root   4096 Jul 13 10:34 ..
-rw-r-----   1 zimbra zimbra 4408 Sep  3 00:00 accounts.xml
-rw-r-----   1 zimbra zimbra 4408 Sep  2 00:00 accounts.xml.old
drwxr-x---   2 zimbra zimbra 4096 Jul 31 09:42 sessions
drwxr-x---   2 zimbra zimbra 4096 Sep  3 19:27 tmp
[ ~/backup ]$ ls -la sessions/
total 8
drwxr-x---  2 zimbra zimbra 4096 Jul 31 09:42 .
drwxr-xr-x  4 zimbra zimbra 4096 Sep  3 00:00 ..

ls -lad /opt/zimbra/backup
drwxr-xr-x  4 zimbra zimbra 4096 Sep  3 00:00 /opt/zimbra/backup
it seems ok...

ldap parametrs seems ok, too:
Code:
zmprov gacf | grep backup
zimbraBackupTarget: /opt/zimbra/backup
zimbraComponentAvailable: hotbackup

i will try to execute again this night, tomorrow i'll give a look into logs to catch some error logged there

any hint, in the meantime, is apreciated
