Default Issues with Briefcase shared to public

We have setup an account with only briefcase enabled, to be used as an FTP account for a client hosted with us on Network Edition. When client share files to public or their customers, they encounter these issues:

1. The URL is our domain name, not Client domain name. Can this be changed?

This doesn't reflect well on the client, not to mention unnecessary misunderstand that the url is not the client but our domain - which may mean spyware etc to the customers.

2. The URL present incomplete filename (no file extension), thus, customers are not able to download the files when they login (file not found error). How to make file externsion show on the url automatically? And is it possible to list files too?

Thanks,
Boon Hong.
