How to modify the layout in the Address Book?

How can I change the layout in the Adressbook to show a place in the order "postal-code place" instead of "place, region postal-code" as we usually do this in europe?

I've still no solution for this in 6.0.7 :-(

We also have complaints from customers regarding the captions and display-order of the telephone / fax numbers. As usual someone would expect the Main Business Line is being displayed first in list. But it's the fax number. This should be made customizable.
