Whether I can instal this html the signature to all users at once?

There are properties you can edit using zmprov. The zimbra admin guide has the relevant settings. You can compare the config output from someone with and without a signature to find out what values to edit. You can then update the signature as one of the values.

But there it is specified as to make usual txt the signature. I need to make html the signature....

As to make it for all users I do not represent.
