    is the zimbra server? what's the output of this:

    I get SERVFAIL when trying to resolve your domain, further investigation shows the DNS Nameserver:


    Doesn't respond to DNS queries. A reverse lookup on the IP address shows this is actually a roadrunner ip address, which I don't think they allow DNS servers on private connections.

    not only that, but the other nameserver doesn't seem to exist:
