Resuing a userlicense

We have been using zimbra for a year now or so and we have about 40 user licenses.
I'm wondering how/if it's possible to reuse a license after someone quits?
Is it just to remove the account and the license is available again, or do we need to do something else?
It would be nice to reuse a license that's not in use anymore instead of buying new ones before we really need them.

Surely you have a 50 user licence?

Export the user data (if you wish to keep it) then delete the account and that will make another user available for you. Obviously you should take a backup before removing the account.

That was what I was hoping for, and yeah, we might have 50... Not really sure since it wasn't me who bought them.
