Default Relay per Domain is not working

Hi Community,

I've just started to migrate my old E-Mail System to "Release 5.0.18_GA_3011.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition". Everything is working great so fa, I've managed to send my E-Mail trough a relay host and I'm receiving Mail from different POP and IMAP Accounts.
The mail relay I'm using requieres me to login before sending Mails and only allows to send mail with my E-Mail-Ad. in the Mail FROM field.

Now I want to add a second user to the system who needs to relay Mail trough another host. I've tried to set this up with the Information found here Relay per Domain - Zimbra :: Wiki , but the Server is still sending the mails of the second user trough the global relay Server.
I used the "user@domain.com [raly host ip]" syntax in the bySender-File.

Is there some log file to see if postfix even tries to use the "bySender" Option ?

Sven
