There are several threads in the forums describing how many users Zimbra can support and what the hardware requirements are, did you search first?

I'd also search on the term "sizing" both here and in the wiki.

We have a dual-processor (4 cores on each) Xeon server with 8GB of RAM, and 2x 70GB disks (15k RPM SAS, RAID1). The server has about 1000 accounts, with 100-200 being active every day using the web console. So I would give an esimated guess that your server would easily cope.

Hi, after some tests, I had a good result:
With our server:
2 CPU xeon dual core 2.0GHZ - 32 bit
4GB ram
440 GB HDD RAID-5
ubuntu 8.04.4
We can serve for 634 users (active every work time)who always use IMAP, POP3 and SMTP

Just a little question, why don't you use the latest version ZCS 6.0.5 (or 6.0.6 if it has officially published) instead?
