Default confused about network edition, professional edition, standard edition

**** oops ! i post to wrong discussion group , could someone help me to move or delete this post? ****

got confused about the charged editions of zimbra:

1. network edition?
2. professional edition?
3. standard edition?

when we generally says "network edition", is it referred to professional edition? is this correct?

The Network Edition is any version of Zimbra that is not the Open Source version, I guess you've seen this but product versions/features are here: Zimbra - Product Editions

Apart from the differences mentioned in ZImbra site regarding OS and NE are there any other differences which anyone (USer/Admin)have come to notice.
External auth etc is possible with both?

I would just like to get a feedback from various NE users..
Why would NE be opted if Open source is totally free apart from few of the features missing according to Zimbra - Product Editions

Your valuable feedback and suggestions will be helpful..PLz
