Default java processes in 6.01 after upgrade from 5.0.11

After upgrading from 5.0.11 to 6.0.1 i have more than 1000 java processes on my ubuntu 8.04 server. At the morning i'm rebooting server and all good. But after 1 day working with 100-150 online users in webUI. server work very slow at the end of day and i must reboot him again! on the screenshot u can see that because java processes much more!
any ideas? please HELP!!!

which ZCS you used? Open source or network edition?
