Default Zimbra and stunnel/openssl

Question...

I want to transfer a large amount of data from serverA to serverB using rsync and stunnel. I noticed that in my Zimbra installation (Ubuntu 8.04 LTS) there is no stunnel installed. And when I go to install stunnel via "apt-get install stunnel4" it also wants to install "openssl"

Does anyone know if doing this install will break anything in Zimbra?

Thanks

-Sean
