    Default Bad_json_response

    Whenever we access the account menu in Admin Console, there is a long wait. If this wait is too long, there will be a BAD_JSON_RESPONSE error message appearing. What does this mean?

    We have 2 Zimbra Servers, one opensource and one network edition. Only the network edition has this problem. Please advise.

    Some idea of the version/release of Zimbra would help. If you're not at the current release then I'd suggest an upgrade, if you're not in a position to do that then please raise a support case.

    We just purchased and install the latest version 5.0.18_GA_3011.UBUNTU8_64.NETWORK 2 weeks ago.
