Hide a publicly shared wiki's author email address

We've got a wiki page that we're sharing as public but at the top of the page it has "By user@domain.com". We try really hard to avoid exposing email addresses on webpages to avoid them being sucked up by a spam collection bot. Does anyone know if there is a way to mask or hide the author of a shared document/wiki?
