zmldappasswd SSL errors in installation log files

I have a zimbra server running on Ubuntu 8.04 64-bit and have recently upgraded it from 5.0.18 to 6.0 and 6.0.1

Everything seems to be working properly, except that some of the server statistics graphs don't show up in the admin interface.

I was looking at the zmsetup log files in /opt/zimbra/log and noticed the following entries:

An online acquaintance doesn't have these SSL connect errors in his logs, I'm not sure what is causing this or how I can resolve it. Any ideas?
