Then search in bugzilla, if you can't find it then file a bug entry. You don't know that the already filed bug is an exact duplicate of one you've experienced.

bug 7725 involved a network only component.

the zimbra.logs (if still around) should give some clues about what was happening. does this return anything:

grep deadlock /opt/zimbra/tomcat/logs/stacktrace.*
