Upgrade to Zimbra 6 + Samba

Hi

I am currently running Ubuntu 8.04 +Zimbra 5.0.18 with Samba PDC, which seems to work reasonably well, including password synchronisation.

As Zimbra 6.0 branch is out I would like to plan an upgrade, probably by the time when 6.0.2 is out and about.

I was wondering if anyone had an experience upgrading from Zimbra 5.0 or installing Zimbra 6 with Samba integration? Are there any issues / problems to look for?
