Default Change Password URL Problem

I have a situation, My zimbra installation is running in the url Xxx.com, this is ok when the users from the internet connect. My local users use the local ip of the server to access zimbra web client http://192.168.2.25 an IP in the dmz. Now the problem is when the users in the local net click on change password the URL point to to Xxx.com. The local users do not have internet access and gets a page can not be displayed. How can I set things in such a way that the local users when logging in via the IP gets the IP in the change password URL.
