Send this message on behalf of...

I've just upgraded our server to version 6.0 and have noticed a new option when replying to emails... A tickbox for "Send this message on behalf of x@x.com".

By default this box is ticked - Is there a way to set it to be unticked by default? I assume that with this unticked, when you reply to an email using an account/persona other that your own main one, it'll just show the email as coming from the selected account/persona?
