The best way to backup/restore on ZCS 6.0

Hi,

What is the best way to backup and restore the Zimbra database ?

For others customers servers we use BackupPC on Debian, is it possible to backup and restore an individual user in Zimbra with this kind of backup system ?

It would be helpful if you included your version. The NE edition has it's own backup utility, but your post has no indication of your version or edition.

Ok, I read all what I found on backup/restore on this forum and this link too but nothing on per user data backup/restore. At this time on our IMAP systems (Courier, Dovecot) we backup (BackupPC rsync) all the users MailDir and we are able to restore a single or severals deleted mails.

The problem with a nightly global ZimbraDir backup is if we restore the entire /opt/zimbra from last backup we loose all the recent of the day mails/data.

Is it a way to restore a per user mails/data from a global backup ?
