Question com_zimbra_backuprestore

Morning All,

I seem to have lost my Admin backup control panel within Zimbra, I know I used to have it.

According to the admin extension com_zimbra_backuprestore is deployed (and I can't undeploy it) but there is no sign of it anywhere in the admin panel.

Any ideas as to how I can get this somewhat useful extension working again (and I've checked, I have got the Network Edition installed)

I've restarted the Zimbra service but to no avail.

TIA for help / pointers

Do you see any errors in the /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log when you attempt to undeploy the backuprestore zimlet? Have you attempted to redeploy it? Was there an upgrade or anything that may have occurred at the same time? Have you ever accidentally upgraded to the FOSS version in the past (I know you said that you've already checked and verified you're on the NE version now)?

The option to undeploy any com_* zimlet is greyed out.

No upgrades since we went to .18 a few weeks back

Installed FOSS 5.0 by accident a long time ago, however all been fine since this was fixed with the help of Zimbra support.

Okay, could you try doing that via the commandline?

Code:
zmzimletctl undeploy com_zimbra_backuprestore
Then you can try redeploying it:

Code:
zmzimletctl deploy zimlets-network/com_zimbra_backuprestore.zip
