mail delivery report

hello,
can anyone tell me how to configure zcs to generate :
mail delivery report, once a mail is delivered,
read report, once a mail is read.
i know it's probably very simple issue, but i can't resolve it.
any help?

Have you tried searching the forums for "read receipt" and "delivery receipt"
