How do I setup sysstat Debian 4

How do I setup sysstat Debian 4 and how zimbra read data from sysstas? In other thread I ask about "Server Statistics display only "no data available" after update 5.16 to 6.0" and everything is looking good about the server but, still charts don't show up.

Any Idea?
