Default can't access mail when restore server zimbra

hi all !

I setup two server :
pri : 10.0.0.1 mail.mycompany.com
backup:10.0.0.2 mail.mycompany.com

I backup data from server "pri" to file *.tgz . That's ok.

I restore file *.tgz to server "backup" . When i access server "backup" http://10.0.0.2 -->> HTTP ERROR: 404

zmcontrol status on server "backup"

antispam Running
antivirus Running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

I using open source edition . help me

I using script of thanhduongcong [SOLVED] Asking about crontab when backing up zimbra ?

I backup folder /opt/zimbra to file *.tgz . I copy file *.tgz to server "backup" and using tar command .

Well that method will not work for you. It only works if the backup server, when started, has the same IP address and hostname as the primary. Obviously while the primary is available the backup would require a different hostname and IP address The reason is that the hostname is stored within the ZCS configuration.
