[ZCS6] Config: Fetch external POP as admin

Hi,

following situation:

domain.com -> external isp mailserver -> own internal zimbra server

All external mails for domain.com first go to an external isp mailserver.
Now our zimbra server should fetch every 5 minutes the mails from the external isp-mailserver and forward this emails to the internal accounts.

how can i setup this as admin?

zmfetchercfg

but how can i set there the polll-time?
