Default Zimbra will not start after upgrade to 3.1.2

My System: CentOS 4
[root@mail ~]# uname -a
Linux mail.winstor.net 2.6.9-11.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jun 8 17:54:20 CDT 2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@mail ~]#

The only one that starts is the LDAP when I start Zimbra

[zimbra@mail bin]$ zmcontrol start
Host mail.winstor.net
Starting ldap...Done.
[zimbra@mail bin]$

IF I try to start Postfix I get this error

[zimbra@mail ~]$ sh -x /opt/zimbra/bin/postfix start
(... output of script)...
+ /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.2.9/sbin/postmap /opt/zimbra/conf/postfix_header_checks
postmap: fatal: bad numerical configuration: message_size_limit =
+ sudo /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.2.9/sbin/postsuper -r ALL
postsuper: fatal: bad numerical configuration: message_size_limit =
+ '[' start = status ']'
+ sudo /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.2.9/sbin/postalias /etc/aliases
postalias: fatal: bad numerical configuration: message_size_limit =
+ sudo /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.2.9/sbin/postfix start
postfix: fatal: bad numerical configuration: message_size_limit =

If I try to set that value I get

[zimbra@mail ~]$ zmprov mcf zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize 10240000
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: getDirectContext) (cause: javax.naming.AuthenticationException [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]
