Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance

Item 7 of your White Paper, The Top 10 Ways to Fix Email mentions compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. The indexed search feature is excellent at the user level, but:
1. Can the administrator search across ALL ACCOUNTS?
2. How would you print all the matching emails?
3. If a user deletes a message then empties the Trash, is it forever gone from the company records (Zimbra database)?

1) yes this will be possible in a future release
2) you could create a search folder and then export the matching mail with REST
3) today yes. in the future with archiving enabled there will still be a shadow copy
