    Unhappy Mass file upload?

Sorry if this has been covered. The search terms I tried didn't give me a lot of info except for multiple threads where people ask about selecting more than one file at once.

We have a Doctor that wanted web access to his files. So I took the time to set up Zimbra and create his account.

He logged in and then wondered how to get his several thousand documents uploaded (presentations for classes and documentation on science-stuff).

Going through a cumbersome, single file select dialog would take forever.

Is there a way (through the web interface, or even through the folder structure & FTP if needed) to get a TON of files uploaded at once?

Maybe even the ability to upload a Zip file and have it uncompressed in a certain folder..?

    Anything like that?

You may be able to script it using the REST API. Obviously you need to be aware of how much storage the files will require.

Here's a wiki article that talks about this. I haven't tested it.
