zimbra interoperability with ms exchange

hello,
can anyone tell me how to establish interoperability between zcs and ms exchange?
i know that i have to setup parameters inside administration console, but how?
what username and password to use?
what url for exchange?
and so on

yes, that's what i meant, but here's the situation:

i have domain mod.me
dns server for this domain is centos 5.3.
mail server for this domain is zimbra.

than, i created a subdomain ict.mod.me, and its dns runs on windows server 2003.
mail server for this subdomain is ms exchange.

smtp works fine, users can send and receive mails mutually, from windows client via ms exchange and zcs to linux client and vice versa

but, the thind is that i can't see gal of windows users on my zimbra account, and i can't see gal of zimbra on windows account.

i believe that an interoperability must be established.

and also, i need calendar synchronization, but there is nowhere a detailed explanation of interoperability.

any idea?
