Default [SOLVED] Embedded images

I've noticed that a few of my users (typicaly salesmen!) have been putting images into their signatures - unfortunately they've been using an image from the intranet webserver. Hence, when it arrives at the (external) recipient the URI for the image is invalid.

The question is:

What's the best practice for images in signatures? Obviously a public-accessable image is the first answer, but can Zimbra embed/attach images for signatures from the web client?

Thanks in advance.

In Reference to mmorse's post, I'm new to Zimbra but I just have a quick question. In trying to embed a logo into the signature I see the "Insert image via url" button. However, I don't see the "Insert Images" to embed button. Just wondering if this has something to do with my Zimbra account/version?

I was also wondering one other thing. Is it possible to insert an image within your signature that would say for example link to a twitter page or facebook page? Thanks! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your Zimbra server would need to be at least version 6.0.0 to have that option.
