Default add/remove users and machines from ldap

How do I add/remove users and machines from zimbra's ldap?

I understand the users are the email accounts...right?

But the machines? Do they appear anywhere in the web ui? Or do I need a third party ldap browser to manage these?

Thanks for the clarification!

ok, I've tried connecting via a third party app to the ldap...

I can only connect anonymously...

What username/password do I use to connect as an admin?

It's also asking for a DN...? What's that?

Thanks.
