Almost all the output you've posted shows errors and you haven't posted the output of:

Code:
cat /etc/hosts
You should post the full output of the commands you're asked for. According to the DNS output you have no A or MX records shown (it's also not picking up any DNS server, you also don't have any DNS server in your resolv.conf output that you've posted.

Is this "citizecredit.com" your actual domain name? If it is, then according to this report you also have no external DNS records either. So, as you can probably guess, I'm completely baffled as to how your Zimbra server is working with that configuration.

cat /etc/hosts
#
# hosts This file describes a number of hostname-to-address
# mappings for the TCP/IP subsystem. It is mostly
# used at boot time, when no name servers are running.
# On small systems, this file can be used instead of a
# "named" name server.
# Syntax:
#
# IP-Address Full-Qualified-Hostname Short-Hostname
#

127.0.0.1 localhost

# special IPv6 addresses
::1 localhost ipv6-localhost ipv6-loopback

fe00::0 ipv6-localnet

ff00::0 ipv6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ipv6-allnodes
ff02::2 ipv6-allrouters
ff02::3 ipv6-allhosts

This line is incorrect (as I mentioned earlier):

Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost
it should read
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
As I mentioned in my last post, your output shows no A or MX records for your domain so you will need to put a DNS server address in your resolv.conf.
