How to set restriction on the specific IDs for outgoing mails

Hi Guys,


Is it possible to set restriction on specific IDs for outgoing mails?

for example user@example.com should able to send mail to only example.com domain mail ID...he should not able to send ANY external ID...

IS it possible ? if yes then please suggest how to restrict it..


There should not be any restriction for incoming mails of this ID.

Please help.
