Default Measuring Performance

One of our customers uses Zimbra hosted by 01.com. Since the conversion to Zimbra, they frequently complain of delays sending email to one another, etc. As we do not use the system ourselves, we can't confirm these things or really even troubleshoot for them. Any recommendations on measuring / viewing statistics for a given customer? Thanks!

This question should be addressed to support at 01.com, it's not something that can be dealt with in these forums as there's no access to the servers or logs etc.
