Replying a email gives the content of the previous replied email

Hi,

My boss reply 2 emails in succession to different people. ON replying the 2nd email, in the body of the email, rather than having the body of the 2nd email, it contains the contents of the body of the 1st replied email. Very very bad for confidentiality. Unfortunately I could not reproduce it as it is an rare ocassion.

Need to reply in succession for that to happen. Did you all have this problem before? Is that an indexing problem? How can I check it? Also is it solved in 3.1.2?

Might be hard to fix is it's not reproducible. What browser was this on? Have you been able to reproduce it since?
