Default Vtiger Incoming mail settings and Zimbra

Hi, we use Zimbra, have for awhile now, all is great. We also use vtiger crm and there is a form to connect to the incoming mail server. Outgoing works BTW.

the form asks for server location: i have used name and IP
user name and password for zimbra acct.
then IMAP2 or IMAP4 neither work.
then ssl and tls settings. which I have experimented with on server and in setting form.

Just can not get this to go, funny thing is, my gmail can be set up fine. Zim sits on Ubuntu 6.

Thanks, Jr
