not able to archive emails in outlook

Hi,

Users are not able to archive emails in outlook. manually as well as autoarchive...

Does it need outlook connector for archiving or its possible with open source zcs ?

I wouldn't think this is anything to do with Zimbra, I'd suggest you ask on a Microsoft group or check the KB articles.
