Default [SOLVED] Send Email to Entire Address Book

My apologies if this has been covered, but I search around and could not find an answer.

I have a customer who has created an "Address Book" in Zimbra Webmail (Contact List); for reference we'll call it the "Customers" Address Book. They want to draft a new message and send it to that Address Book.

I instructed them to click [New] Message, click the [To] field Button, and search for the Address Book. Come to find out this is not working (I have even tried for them).

How does someone send an email to an address book within webmail?

Thanks,
-Marc

I don't know that there's a great way to send to a whole address book, but you can create contact groups inside your address books. You just click on the arrow by the new button in the address book tab and create a new contact group. That may get you what you need..

That will do it.

Thank you. It appears I was looking to accomplish this the wrong way.

Thank you again for the response.
