i have two lans, each with its own domain and zimbra server.
is there any way to make a communication between these two servers (and clients, of course)?

What do you mean by 'communication'?

I mean, is there any way to connect these servers, so that users can have mutual mail exchange, even if they belong to different domains?

You don't need to 'connect' them, just send an email and if they have valid DNS MX records then the mail should get delivered.
