Default httpd dilema

Hi,

I am using RHEL 5.0 I installed zimbra successfully but am in dilemma to configure httpd.conf file

Where to configure httpd.conf

1) /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf ? or
2) /opt/zimbra/httpd/conf/httpd.conf ? or
3)/opt/zimbra/httpd-2.2.8/conf/httpd.conf.?
If any body having plz put httpd.conf file in this forum

In generally I put login page in /var/www/html/index.html
What abt for this zimbra?

plz guide some necessary commands to crosscheck my zimbra mail server

any help is appreciatable

You should not be touching those files ... If you wish to have a serperate Apache instance then switch Zimbra to use only HTTPS by running
Code:
su - zimbra
zmtlsctl https
zmcontrol stop ; zmcontrol start
and then you can run your standard Apache on port 80.

Thanq uxbod i did that but,
zmcontrol start
spell service failed saying that syntex error on line no 32
i think there is some problem with httpd.conf
