Migratting Zimbra to Zimbra

I am changing server, But I have a Zimbra and I need to migrate all users, password, mail, calendar, contacts, all, But I not found the way how can I to doing, in the following Link Zimbra to Zimbra Server Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki I not found the method correct, I need sugesstions.

But I need to explain, my old server have Fedora Core 7 my ZCS is 32 bits, my New Server is Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 I am working with ZCS 64 Bits.

Then my questios is Can I to execute the steps of this link Moving ZCS to Another Server » Zimbra :: Blog ?? Because two server have diferent operate systems and ZCS.
