Default Erroneous Draft Messages

I have a client whose Zimbra webmail account shows 487 draft messages in her Drafts message folder. However, if she tries to view the draft message folder it actually shows zero messages.

So the Drafts folder, on the left side bar, shows 487 unread (bolded) messages; however, when she clicks the folder the main viewing pane shows "No results found".

Anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this for her?

Thanks,
-Marc

Re-Index the account from the Admin GUI ... Has the user ever used something like Thunderbird to connect ? May require the account to be expunged.

I tried reindexing - no success.

I also read other posts about expunging from a client. However, I have spoken with her and I have even gone to her office - she always only uses webmail or Mac Mail. She uses both and her Mac Mail ALSO shows the same number of messages in the Drafts Folder (487). However, when you click on drafts from Mac Mail it also shows zero messages - just like the webmail.

Her Mac Mail is setup as an IMAP connection.

Okay, so can the Mac expunge the account ?

Apple - Support - Discussions - Mail 3.5 doesn't expunge on an IMAP ...

My Bad - from previous postings I was not understanding the concept of expunging - or at least I thought that I did until I read the thread in the link that you attached.

I will have her try that. I will post the result here in a bit.

Thank you for the link.
