Set your system maxsize to 10Mb and then on the individual account you want to be different you can adjust the amavis setting.
    Code:
    zmprov ma accountB@domain.tld amavisMessageSizeLimit 1048576

Is this command blocks the incoming mail itself?

This does not restrics the sending message size but blocks receiving mails above the specified size. Please assist me anything needs to be done.

I have set 10MB in Global Settings both at Message size and Attachement size.

And the command "zmprov ma account@domain.com amavisMessageSizeLimit 1048576" for 1 MB.

This only affects the receiving size of messages. Sending size is a per MTA limit, and is trickier to deal with.

after i try again, it's only have effect on receiving
but when we send message larger than numbers of kb that we set in amavisMessageSizeLimit before, it reads the global mta setting which is 10mb
