"Post" permission in IMAP

Hi all.
When I try using Zimbra, my boss asked me:
-has zimbra "post" permission like Mdaemon?
But I can't find that permission in zimbra.
In Mdaemon and in RFC 4314, they said about 'post' permission.In my company, this permission is usually used.
with 'post', a folder can has a submission addresss. And users who have that permission can send mail (using SMTP protocol) to that submission address and their mail'll auto forward to that folder. users who don't have that permission when send mail (using SMTP protocol) their mail only place in inbox of that submission address

I send an example in Mdaemon. It has "post" permission in "access control list" for user

My problem is:
My boss want only user or group he wants can send mail to a specify mailbox, their mail'll be forwarded to a folder
I tried filter but It can do enough because we can filter with group

I dont think its possible as ACL for destination would need some kind of filter to decide based on some criterion to move to specific folder. If my understanding is correct then, what phoenix pointed out is basically restricting who can send who cannot.

That's right, We need :
every one can send mail to this mailbox
But only some people Who has "post" permission(maybe in Zimbra,you have other defination), their mail auto forward to a folder we specified
