Default Local Failure Notice - iphone

Here is the situation:

Zimbra user 1 sends zimbra user 2 a meeting request through the web client. User 2 accepts the meeting request on the Iphone (OTA). The meeting populates the calendar but User 2 gets the following error message. When user 2 accepts the meeting request through the web client they don't get the failure message. User 2 gets this message every time they accept a meeting request on the iphone .

While user 2 gets the error message above, user 1 receives the message below after user 2 accepts the meeting request mentioned above.

Any thoughts on why I'm getting the error message in post#1?

Is it normal to get a meeting request acceptance like the one in post#2?

yes - that's it, along with -

Bug 39358 &ndash; accept/decline response from iPhone does not update status on attendee's copy of appointment
