Default Removing old commercial cert and installing new

I recently had a cert expire and I need to install the new one. Is there a way to do this through the admin interface? When i try to just install the new certificate it gives me an error message. Same when i try and Generate a new CSR and try to start from scratch. Can someone help me?

Thanks,
Steve

IOException while handling uploaded certificate. System failure. I can attach the detailed log error later i dont have access to it right now.
